Bipinchandra Ranade

Bipin Chandra Ranade serves as Genzeon’s Chief Delivery Officer, bringing more than three decades of global IT experience, including over 20 years in healthcare and life sciences. His leadership career spans LTIMindtree, Birlasoft, Cognizant, and Syntel, where he built and scaled high-performing delivery organizations and led complex transformation initiatives.

Before joining Genzeon, Bipin led a $120 M Life Sciences business at Birlasoft, supporting MedTech and medical device manufacturers while acting in a proxy-CIO capacity and guiding multi-vendor and infrastructure ecosystems. His earlier roles at Cognizant and Syntel included large-scale infrastructure and product-engineering leadership, the establishment of the Trizetto joint venture, and the advancement of clinical-trial digitization programs.

Recognized for his entrepreneurial spirit, customer-first mindset, and collaborative approach, Bipin is known for driving operational rigor and delivery excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys restoring vintage cars and even built a windmill on his farm—an example of his creativity and passion for innovation.
