This session is designed for healthcare professionals, compliance officers, and patient advocates seeking to understand the practical implications of these regulatory updates and multiple channels patients can use to obtain health information – ranging from electronic portals and written requests to secure third-party applications.

We’ll break down the major provisions of the Part 2 Final Rule – including enhanced protections, greater alignment with HIPAA, and new consent processes. The webinar will also address challenges and best practices for facilitating record access while maintaining compliance and patient confidentiality.
