Ravishankar “Ravi” Sivalingam serves as Genzeon’s Chief Business Officer for the Microsoft Business Group, bringing more than two decades of experience building and scaling global technology businesses. His career includes leadership roles at Cognizant, HCL America, and Citi, where he helped organizations modernize operations and drive business transformation through technology.
Before joining Genzeon, Ravi spent more than 20 years at Cognizant, most recently serving as Global Vice President and Head of the Microsoft Cloud Business. In that role, he led global delivery and growth initiatives across the Microsoft cloud portfolio, helping enterprise clients accelerate innovation and achieve business outcomes at scale.
Known for his strategic vision and deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, Ravi leads Genzeon’s Microsoft partnership strategy, helping healthcare organizations transform AI initiatives into enterprise-scale solutions.
