The client is a global analytics service provider in the legal and healthcare industries. They had developed a series of order sets to streamline provider entry of standardized orders based on specialty and protocol. These order sets are well-respected in the industry and there was significant demand for it from the acute care user base of a particular EMR product.

Genzeon worked with the client and the EMR vendor to integrate the order sets such that they could be used by any of the EMR clients. This resulted in greater order entry productivity and greater satisfaction for the providers who used it and created additional demand for the order sets from other EMR vendors.
