The client is one of the first cloud based EMR vendors and a well-known name in the healthcare industry. One Friday evening, as the billing processes were running, the entire system froze up, preventing customer access to the application. They contacted Genzeon for urgent technical assistance. Genzeon was able to identify and resolve the root cause quickly, restoring customer access to the system. On a longer-term basis, we also identified and remediated several areas in the billing system, resulting in improved performance and data quality.
